The prices quoted include heating and electricity, but bed linen and towels are not provided - you will need to bring your own. An additional £10 is charged if you bring pets.  

This is a non-smoking property.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental is payable within a week of booking, the balance to be paid 30 days before occupation.  Guests must undertake to leave the house secure, clean and tidy.

We accept payment by credit or debit card through Paypal, or by cheque.

We accept bookings for weekly stays between April and December.

Rent per week is between £350 and £545.
