Please note that the prices quoted include heating, lighting and cooking, but that sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided - you will need to bring your own. . An overall additional £10 is charged for bring a pet or pets.  

Rent per week is between £350 and £545. This is a non-smoking property.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental is payable within a week of booking, the balance to be paid 30 days before occupation.  Guests must undertake to leave the house secure, clean and tidy.
