Highfield House provides accommodation for up to five people, plus a baby or young child. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed; one with two single beds; and one with a single bed and large cot suitable for a baby or young child up to 3 years old. There is a kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet and large living/dining room with open fireplace.
The house is centrally heated. The kitchen is well equipped. The bath has a shower attachment and there is a shaving point in the bathroom. There is a washing line in the garden and a tumble drier in the garage.
The living room has widescreen colour TV, DVD, video and stereo radio, and the main bedroom has colour TV. Pillows and duvets are provided for each bed, but sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels are not. The house has a double garage.
